    We’ve identified an issue where reporting for some new transactions is not correctly attributing revenue. This affects dashboard reporting only, transactions themselves are processing normally.

    Switch your Overview tab to "Paywall Conversions" to see transactions. Dashboard revenue and proceeds may be incorrect until the issue is resolved.

                We've identified an ongoing incident in AWS us-east-1 that is impacting our event pipeline https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

                We're working with our upstream service provider to resolve the issue. There may be some data loss from first-party SDK events (should all retries fail), but all revenue data should be retried by providers automatically.

                    On older SDK versions, we used an API which was still hosted on Heroku. Earlier today, Heroku began a major outage taking down this API completely. We were able to migrate the service over to Cloudflare. Since migrating it, everything is operating as expected.

                    Heroku is currently experiencing a mayor incident, impacting some Superwall service, we are currently investigating that impact it has on us.

                      We've found the root cause of the issues & have implemented fixes.

                      Our Kafka provider had rate limits which we had recently surpassed causing requests to hang as their system rejected our writes. We've increased the limits and have plans to migrate from a hosted solution to a BYOC solution for more bandwidth and control in the future.

                      The inability to publish events caused us to loose some data as there were events on device which were never able to be received on the backend. However, for revenue tracking the providers should retry webhooks and data should fill in.

                      We've identified an issue with our event pipeline timing out for a percentage of requests. We've fixed the issue but are implementing a longer term fix.

                      Intermittent Issues Loading Products on iOS (Sandbox)

                        We’re seeing intermittent issues where products fail to load or take longer than expected in iOS sandbox environments (including TestFlight and App Review). This appears to be related to delays on Apple’s side and the live production environment is unaffected. We’re actively monitoring and will update as we learn more.
